What are acceptable pieces Identification accepted by our Notary?

Please bring two pieces of identifications listed under Type A and Type B, at least one of which is from Type A.  

All pieces of identifications must be original and valid (unexpired). We need at least one of the identifications to bear your photograph and signature.

Please note: A combined Driver License and Service card (DLSC) is considered one (1) piece of Identification.

A BCID issued by ICBC

A Certificate of Canadian Citizenship

A Permanent Resident card or Citizenship and Immigration Canada form IMM 1000, IMM 1442, or IMM 5292

A BC Carecard / BC Service Card

A credit card issued by a major Canadian financial institution

A bank, automated banking machine, or client card issued by a major Canadian financial institution
