The accepted forms of payment vary depending on the nature of the service.

What are acceptable pieces of identifications?

Please bring two pieces of identifications listed under Type A and Type B, at least one of which is from Type A. All pieces of identifications must be original and valid (unexpired). We need at least one of the identifications to bear your photograph and signature.

  • A Canadian Passport

    A driver’s license issued in Canada

    A BCID issued by ICBC

    A Certificate of Canadian Citizenship

    A Permanent Resident card or Citizenship and Immigration Canada form IMM 1000, IMM 1442, or IMM 5292

    A birth certificate issued in Canada

    A Certificate of Indian Status

  • A BC Carecard / BC Service Card

    A credit card issued by a major Canadian financial institution

    A bank, automated banking machine, or client card issued by a major Canadian financial institution
