What are acceptable pieces Identification accepted by our Notary?

Please bring two pieces of identifications listed under Type A and Type B, at least one of which is from Type A.  

See Page: All pieces of identifications must be original and valid (unexpired). We need at least one of the identifications to bear your photograph and signature.

Please note: A combined Driver License and Service card (DLSC) is considered one (1) piece of Identification.
